Chris Hogan had 9 receptions for 180 yards and 2 touchdowns last night (3 catches less, 4o yards more and 1 touchdown less than his entire college career).
That being said, did you guys know that Chris Hogan played four years of college Lacrosse at Penn State and only one year of college football for Monmouth. Because, they only mentioned it 4,000 times last night. If you were a casual football fan, the way the announcers were talking, you’d think that Chris Hogan was a rookie. He’s not. The dude has been around.
BTW, thanks for the reminder Rovell. We forgot.

I’ve been on that Chris Hogan train for YEARS. He’s gritty, fast and smart. He just needed to be on a real team with a coach that knows how to utilize middle-of-the-road, physical, white-guy wide receivers. Ding. Ding. Ding. Jackpot. Miami and Buffalo didn’t know what to do with him. Billy B sure knows how to use a player with his skill set; Edelman, Amendola and Hogan are more-or-less the same player.
I’d like to address one of the greatest travesties in sports history: no one referenced the fact that Chris Hogan’s nickname was “Seven Eleven, because he’s always open,” until 2:36 in the 3rd quarter. Travesty.
Traditional media be damned. You’re boys (me, specifically) at The Point After Show provided you with that take WAYYY before the broadcasters did.
How do you make it until 2:36 in the 3rd quarter before the #SevenEleven reference for @ChrisHogan_15? #HereWeGo #Patriots #NEvsPIT

Feeling bad about your Monday? Here’s Chris Hogan bench pressing 225 lbs. more times than I can curl a beer. Also, he’s in the NFL and only had 12 catches for 147 yards and 3 touchdowns in the one season of football he play. Chris Hogan is a real American.
