So, you’re getting a double dose of music today. Why? Because it’s Friday and I’ll be at a golf tournament all day. When I leave that golf tournament, our Fantasy Football Draft weekend begins. In honor of a weekend of debauchery, I present a cypher that features some of NEPA’s best rappers via the dudes at Direct Access World Wide.
Highlights of the cypher, in my humble opinion:
- The “chorus’ is dope. I actually don’t know if cyphers have choruses. But if they do, this one is awesome.
- Friend of the show, Lucas Hex, is the first rapper to jump in. He kills it, as expected.
- Shout out to our dudes from Mercy Gang. They also murder the track. RIP, Hefty Metal. Salute!
- “Generation X, My generation flex”
- I don’t know who a lot of these guys are. But, if “Loud Boy Kev” isn’t the dude with the back tattoo that yell raps this thing like DMX, he should be.
- “You are the roadkill, I’ll do the taxidermy”
- I was really happy when the dude in the button down shirt and fedora was good. At first, I thought a suburban dad was just hanging out for the video shoot as an extra. He slayed it.
