TOP STORY: Scooter Gennett’s four-homer performance
Cincinnati Reds’ second baseman, Scooter Gennett, became the 17th player in MLB history to hit four home runs in a single game. Gennett was less than 3% owned in ESPN fantasy baseball leagues heading into the game. The once-in-a-lifetime performance resulted in a 5-5 night with 10 RBIs. Reds beat the Cardinals 13-1.

- Gerardo Parra, OF, Rockies: Expected to be placed on 10-day DL (quad).
- Adrian Beltre, 3B, Rangers: Diagnosed with a sprained ankle following Tuesdays game and was seen in a walking boot. Beltre is officially listed as day-to-day.
- Felix Hernandez, P, Mariners: Plans to make one more rehab appearance this weekend before his expected return to Seattle’s rotation on June 17th (shoulder).
- Ivan Nova, P, Pirates: Exited Tuesday’s game against the Orioles with left knee inflammation. Currently day-to-day.
- Ian Kinsler, 2B, Tigers: Activated Tuesday from the 10-day DL (hammy). He went 1-4 with a double and walk in his return against the Angels.
