Chris Sale of the Boston Red Sox has been arguably one of the best pitchers in all of baseball so far this season. On Monday night, Sale once again delivered, leading the Red Sox to a 4-1 victory over the Minnesota Twins. The ace gave up one run on four hits in 6 2/3 innings while striking out nine for his tenth win of the year.
Sale is now tied for third in the majors with ten wins, first in strikeouts (155) and fifth in ERA (2.77). He has the consistency and all the tools needed to be a Cy Young Award contender this season, not to mention, a fantasy baseball stud on your roster.
