TOP STORY: Oh Cano he didn’t!
Robinson Cano of the Seattle Mariners slugged his way through the Detroit Tiger pitching on Thursday. In a home run drought dating back to June 6th, Cano cranked a two-run shot off of starter Daniel Norris in the third inning. Then, in the seventh with the bases loaded, Cano blasted a grand salami over the right-center field wall. Cano ended the night 2-4 with 6 RBIs. Mariners beat the Tigers 9-6.
