Here’s a brief preview of the interview, you can listen to the rest above.
Paul PAS: (begin at 2:41 mark) What made you choose Bloomsburg, coming out of Utica, NY?
Lawrence Elliott Jr.: There’s a lot of factors. Not being recruited highly by, pretty much any schools, made it one of my main options. Because, my uncle actually went here in the 90’s. We went here for about a year and half, before pursuing other endeavors in life. He brought the idea of going to Bloomsburg to me. I had no idea where it was and I’d never been to Pennsylvania, prior to coming to Bloomsburg for school. So, everything worked out.
Paul PAS: Yeah, that’s awesome. We have a lot of people that we know out there in Utica, NY area. (end at 3:22 mark)
Paul PAS: (begin at 14:40 mark) Obviously you have that skill set, like a Levon Bell or in this draft, maybe even something along the lines of a McCaffery, where you started off as a receiver in college and made yourself a running back. With that being said, what position would you prefer to play in the NFL if you had the choice? Running back or slot receiver?
Lawrence Elliott Jr.: I always get this. I always get this question. Always my answer, since my sophomore year, when they made me decide, I would say, “just any position that gets me on the field.
Tom PAS: That’s the right answer!
Paul PAS: That’s the right answer, buddy. (end at 15:22 mark)
