It’s Wednesday, which is “statistically” one of the hardest work days to get through. You’re likely sitting at your desk, right now, counting down the minutes until 5 p.m. Maybe you’re going to head to Chillies tonight for a mid-week margarita, some bottomless chips and salsa, and a piping hot fajita. Go crazy. You deserve it. You’ve worked hard, stayed on the straight and narrow, and probably never got a DUI. You’ve earned a reward. Do you know what Michael Floyd will be doing tonight? Shining his Super Bowl ring.
Damn I just realized ppl are really mad that I got a ring. I thought everyone would be happy for me. Oh well. I’m a champion!!

That’s right. When history remembers the Super Bowl champion 2017 New England Patriots, that featured the likes of Tom Brady, James White, Julian Edleman and Devin McCourty… it would be remise to leave the name of Michael Floyd out.
You know, the guy who was arrested for an alleged DUI back in December and promptly cut by the Arizona Cardinals. This is Floyd’s alleged second DUI, his first came as a #NotreDame guy. Lucky for Mike, the Patriots claimed him off waivers the next day. I believe he had two catches as a Patriot.
We don’t know if Michael Floyd was drinking and driving. You can draw your own conclusions…
But, we do know that he played in two games for the Patriots this season, before being a healthy scratch for the AFC Championship and the Super Bowl. That entitles him to a ring. What does the future hold for Michael Floyd? I don’t know. But, whatever it is, he’ll be doing it in a Super Bowl ring, or at least doing it with the money he got from pawning his Super Bowl ring.
P.S. Michael, don’t do stupid shit while you’re wearing a Notre Dame hat.
